TypeType keeps your data on your own instance, and gives you the controls to manage it.

Manage your stored data

Blocking channels ​

Block a channel and its videos stop showing up across your feeds, home, search, related videos, and the rest. Manage your blocked channels from settings, and unblock any of them whenever you want.

Your data ​

You stay in control of what is stored:

  • Clear your watch history.
  • Clear your search history.
  • Unsubscribe from all channels at once.

These actions are immediate and cannot be undone, so the app asks you to confirm first.

What is stored ​

Your account holds your subscriptions, playlists, history, watch later, favorites, and settings, nothing more, and all on the instance you (or your admin) run. Nothing is shared with a third party.
